• Who runs the studio?

• How do we communicate and manage the project?

  minimal uses Breeew for project management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• How quickly will I get some work done?

  Expect the initial concept within 2-3 days, and minimal will make revisions until it meets your complete satisfaction. For bigger projects it can take up to 4 weeks.

• Why do you only have two spots ?

  minimal believes in providing the best possible service to clients, and to ensure that, minimal has decided to limit the workload to just two projects at a time. This approach allows minimal to dedicate it's full attention and expertise to each project, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• What if i don't like the design?

  minimal wants you to be happy with the results! Hence the unlimited requests.

• Are there any refunds?

  Unfortunately, not. Because of the intense creative demands for delivering top-notch design and development within tight timeframes and the thorough research invested to achieve the best outcomes, minimal's cannot provide our services without compensation.
  
  However, we understand the importance of client satisfaction. If, after our initial discussion, it turns out that our services do not align with your needs and no work has been initiated, rest assured that you are eligible for a 100% refund. minimal value transparency and want our clients to feel confident in their interactions with minimal's.
